Meet the maker

Hi, my name is Ivoje. Working with my hands has always been important to me, from art courses and woodworking in elementary to high school where I graduated as a tailor.

After many years of work outside of my profession, in 2021 I finally decided to take a leap of faith in making my hobby a career and pursuing things that I love and that allow me to express myself creatively. So I decided to start Drop Co. - a minimalist brand of bags and fashion accessories that highlights the value of the handmade.

All the leather is carefully sourced from Europian tanneries, mostly France, Italy and  the Netherlands.Europe has one of the strictest laws for environmental and worker protection. For me it is very important that all the leather is waste from the meat industry, that the workers are fairly paid for their work, and that the tannery itself has treatment plants and advanced treatment systems to recycle and reuse production waste by maximum attention for minimazing the impact on the environment and the consumption of resources.
